You must have played the game on your console first for these installers to work.xbe files or load homebrew applications to use these installers. You must have a modified xbox with either a mod-chip, or softmod with the ability to launch. The installers did let you play the DLC on Xbox Live without being banned, however as Xbox Live for the original Xbox has been closed down this doesn't matter now. Xbox Live for the original Xbox closed down on April 15th 2010 so it is no longer possible to purchase any of the DLC hosted here, these installers are now the only way to install and use the DLC. I DO have all of the information including I hope that someone can help me resolve this issue, because I am kind of upset that I paid for a game that did not work. I don't know what to do in this situation, and since this game is old, information is scattered. Videos on YouTube about fixing these games didn't help either, because they usually talk about Windows 7 or Windows 8.1. I have looked up online for a Windows XP patch for MM2 or MM1, I could hardly find anything from a research standpoint. But, there is this screen that pops up AFTER the installation (before you even play) that says "LOADING.PLEASE WAIT WHILE THE To elaborate on the issue for MM2, the game installs just fine. I click on the game icon again, the same process happens again. The game will load the setup screen, it will take me through all the steps, and then the screen I get stuck at is "Verifying is MM2 is genuine" and nothing else happens, the screen closes after about 10 seconds. I am not concerned about this game, just confused. It takes a hefty time to load and kinda crashes sometimes. MM1 is the better of both games, and by that I mean that it partially works. I have been experiencing some issues with both of the games. Recently, I have bought both MM1 and MM2 to play on my Dell Latitude D510.
